1. The AI-Powered Ads Systems Blueprint — 30-Day Action Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the value of the AI-Powered Ads Systems Blueprint masterclass. We offer a 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee under the following terms:
- You must attend all three live training sessions (or watch the full replay recordings).
- You must implement the campaign-building steps and launch at least one active ad campaign following the masterclass blueprint.
- You must submit a refund request within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- Your refund request must include evidence that you attended the sessions and implemented the frameworks as taught (e.g., screenshots of your ad account, funnel, or campaign setup).
If all conditions above are met and you are not satisfied with the results, you will receive a full refund of your enrolment fee with no additional questions asked. You may keep all bonuses provided as a gesture of goodwill for taking action.
2. Ineligible Refund Requests
Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- You did not attend or watch any of the live sessions or replay recordings.
- You did not implement the frameworks or attempt to build a campaign.
- Your refund request is submitted after the 30-day window has closed.
- You purchased the masterclass and immediately requested a refund without engaging with the content.
- The refund request is related to buyer's remorse without evidence of content engagement.
3. Agency and Done-For-You Service Retainers
All paid retainers for done-for-you services — including paid traffic management, funnel builds, automation engineering, and AI agent integrations — are governed by individual service agreements signed before project commencement. Refund eligibility for agency retainers is determined on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service contract. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
4. Digital Products and Bonuses
Digital products including the AI Prompt Vault, Ad Compliance Playbook, and similar downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where covered under the 30-Day Action Guarantee as part of an eligible masterclass enrolment.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a valid refund request for the masterclass, please follow these steps:
- Email hello@bizlogicpro.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]"
- Include your full name, email address used at purchase, date of purchase, and your Flutterwave transaction reference number.
- Attach screenshots or documentation demonstrating your session attendance and campaign implementation attempt.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks using the evidence of access and engagement collected at the time of purchase.
